ipcl Summer Newsletter

Welcome to our first Newsletter, its been a busy and exciting time so far here at ipcl....

Brand New.

Our full re brand with a freshen up of our current logo and the introduction of our new sparkly website thanks to Matt at Matt Creative couldn't be going better. There are a few self confessed dinosaurs amongst us here at head office but we have also been pulled into the 21st century with our new social media accounts too and as you can see our new blog as well. Lots of exciting changes and although we a bit biased we think it looks smashing so come over and say Hi and of course give us a follow.

Jobs a good un....

Our work continues on the Battersea Power Station, we really can't believe its already been 10mths on the project. We are currently installing a wide range of Rockwool products together with bespoke penetration seals being developed and approved alongside Rockwool owing to the unique nature of the project. It's a really good challenge and what we thrive on "Integrity built it" so no wonder the time is flying to completion.

Whilst in London this month we caught a few sites buzzing about our different projects from 'Telehouse' to 'Number One Blackfriars' to Cartwright Gardens which makes a change from Newcastle. Our work is now complete on "The Shard" which is one of the tallest and most iconic buildings in Europe if you didn't already know, however the view our boys have from South Bank Tower over the city and One Blackfrairs certainly means they need a head for heights.

New in. LDP

We received the very exciting news last week that we have secured the London Development Project which is great all round. Our Directors have already been scoping out the job this week and we can't wait to get stuck in.

Summers over.

The summer is nearly gone but it certainly has been a scorcher on most of our jobs in the past few weeks. Our top tweet this month HAS to be the below picture. When one of our lads lent on the wall in his 'Hi vis vest' for a few minutes...they even sweat ipcl! We are not surprised though, as our great team always complete the job even in tough conditions.

One step at a time...

In other news our director Steve is well into his training for the York Marathon now, the biscuit tin is not going down nearly as quick anymore. Good Luck to Steve, raising money for 'The Samaritans' a fantastic cause; we know you will smash it.

Our great client's 'Brookfield Multiplex' organised a charity golf match at St Albans a few weeks ago, Steve along with one of our other director's Graeme took part. A fantastic day was had by all and Steve only went and won nearest to the pin so he's having a good month indeed. Most importantly they raised a whopping £12,500 for the Willow Foundation who create really special days for seriously ill children.

We must give a mention our client 'Severfield' whose directors are doing the 3 peak challenge in aid of Prostate Cancer. That a challenge indeed and again for a fantastic cause. Best of luck to everyone taking part from all of us at ipcl.

We would like to wish Kelsey our lovely receptionist best wishes as she goes on Maternity leave this month to add another member to the ipcl family; don't stay away too long. We also give a warm welcome our new member of staff Susanne who will be covering Kelsey while she is away.

Lots of exciting changes, stay tuned for our next Newsletter.
